5-10-11 Tuesday (The Modeling Gig)

My AT&T salesman wasn’t in until noon today but I called ahead and spoke to the manager.  He said that he had gotten a free Microcell ($200 value) approved and to stop in to pick it up.  It uses my internet connection and acts like a mini cell phone tower within our home.  Luckily I don’t have to pay money to get a service I already pay for.

Anyway, the manager was sure to let me know… twice… that this gizmo is normally $200.  He also mentioned that he’d appreciate high scores on their survey.  I had already filled out the survey favorably last week.  For many years I’ve worked in jobs that had surveys so I knew to score them high and not take frustrations out on the people individually.

I admitted that the reception seems a lot better where the new house will be and that I’d gladly return this device in a few months.  He said it was mine to keep.  I guess I can always eBay it?

I stopped by the property and happened upon this:

IMAG0036

More grading or something?

I came home and modeled my apron and chocolates that Ruby gave us:

IMAG0039

I connected the Microcell and left it to do it’s thing.  It can take up to 90 minutes to complete it’s setup.  Time for work.

I had a one-on-one with my supervisor and did extremely well for my first month.  There was lots of praise and I was thankful for that.

  2. Why would you want to see me putting a frozen meal into the microwave? You're so odd.

  3. What Jodie said!

PS: I've never seen chocolates modeled in such an elegant, provocative and alluring manner!
