11-10-10 Wednesday (What Not To Order)

Well hell yeah my life is very exciting!  I stood out in the yard and gazed at the pretty fall colors.

After the amazement was over, I refilled my pill box.  There’s photos too!  Please, by all means click on them to enlarge for more detail.

2010-11-10 004Above: I loaded it up!  Now I just have to close the lids.  I wanted to take a photo of the pill box with the lids closed but I ran out of film.

After pill box fun, I baked a quiche.  It’s got turkey sausage, eggbeaters, spinach and 2% reduced fat cheese.  It will be for breakfast during the week.

I sliced it up into 8 servings and packaged 2 per container.  3 containers will go into the freezer.

While I was having such an incredible fun time, Tim called and interrupted with an offer to pick me up and join he and Carl for breakfast.  With so much to do, so torn, so unsure, I decided to grace them with my presence.  They didn’t have any specific place in mind so I suggested the Original Pancake House and so off we went.  I didn’t take any photos.  Jim and I have been there with some friends and another time with Jodi.

While at the Original Pancake House, Tim ordered a pecan waffle stating there’s wasn’t as good as Waffle House.  Hmmmm Tim.  Ya think?

Naturally, I’m teasing Tim.  One would hope that all the food would be delicious no matter what their specialty.  Who am I kidding?  That’s just damn funny.  Go ahead, laugh at Tim’s expense.

  4. Anon: I use a 9X13 glass baking dish. Spray with Pam. Mix 1 quart egg beaters, with some shredded cheese, diced bacon or sausage (I use Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage and dice it up) and 1/2 C of defrosted frozen spinach drained. Stir and then pour into the baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
