9-2-09 Wednesday (Spice Up Your Walks)

Jim and I have done our cardio workout twice today.  He’s doing an hour each session and I’m at 47 minutes each session.  I will up it again tomorrow. 

While we’ve been working out everyday, the issue is still food.  We had a healthy breakfast sandwich.  2% Pepperjack cheese, egg beaters, veggie sausage on a 100 calorie bread.  Lunch was at Sweet Tomatoes with a BOGO (buy one, get one free) coupon.  The good thing is they have mostly healthy foods there.  The bad thing is over eating occurs.  It’s a buffet.  Eventually we’ll break that habit too.

Again, nothing exciting today. We did pick up pepper spray which we’ve attached to the leash handle retractable thingy.  I hope we’ll never need it.

  2. If you do ever have to use that spray, make certain to point it in the correct direction and don't stand downwind. Cuz that would really suck.

  3. I'm assuming the pepper spray is for any aggressive dogs that may charge your way, and not just in case I show up in Fort Myers for a visit. Right?

  4. Wow, you guys are shaming me into actually thinking about going to a gym, again. But I am not sure I have to, because I have washboard abs... They are just hidden under 20#s of laundry.
