8-6-09 Thursday (Pizza X 11)

Jim and I split up for lunch today.  He went to visit with some CitiFinancial employees.  One of them, Sandra, was the woman we saw while we and she were all visiting California at the same time.

I went to Suzuki and visited with Jorge, Elio and had lunch with Ted.  I got to have Popeye’s chicken which I do like but I think it needed some salt.  It also wasn’t spicy as I requested.  They gave a choice of original or spicy.  If you’re not gonna give it to me, don’t ask.  Sheesh.  It was a nice visit, even though I interrupted their work day.

image Jim’s Grandmother asked me to stop by and help her with her printer.  It won’t print.  It was out of ink.  Grandma and I chuckled.  That’s OK, it was a nice visit and I was able to tweak her laptop and desktop a little better for her needs.

For the evening it was off to Mike, Dave, and David’s for homemade pizza.  Ingenious.  They sauced and cheese individual pizzas and had the rest of the ingredients so that we could load our own.  More cheese, pepperoni, ground beef. sausage, mushrooms, etc, etc.  Tons of stuff.  They were made on non-pocketed pita bread and very delicious.  Such an awesome way to entertain.  It was fun.

Here’s some photos.  The group photo lighting was off.  That’s OK though, since the group itself is “off”.

  5. David is an absolute sweetheart! I'm so glad you both finally got to meet him. Mike & Dave...well you already knew them, but I'll bet it was fun to visit. How did Mike's trees look?

  6. @Pearl: They looked terrible. It's sad. I recommend he call up various City Employees even if it's the wrong department and make them cry.

  7. @garret - if he calls City employees we'll laugh at him...LCEC butchered the trees silly boy.
