09-07-08 Sunday (YEE-HAW)

Yee-haw (as said by Bo & Luke Duke), we went to “Cooters” which claims to be a Dukes of Hazzard museum. It was more like a gift shop and memorabilia display but was fun. On display was tons of posters, toys, Halloween costumes, clothing, etc

.

We also stopped by Camping World to return our defunct ice maker. The clerk said, “I wish they’d stop making those.” I upgraded to a larger unit. They didn’t have any more of the same unit. While there we picked up a few other things. We also saw a 2008 Fleetwood Terra with 3 slides that was clearanced to $77,000 from $110,000. We couldn’t tour it but looked in the windows and at some online photos later. It was so nice but not the layout we would want; besides I’m not quite sure if we’d get a loan being unemployed and such.

Last night we forgot to stop into the Grand Ole Opry gift store. We stopped in there today and picked up an ornament. Needing new flip-flops, we stopped at the Opry Mills Mall. It was a nice and large mall. Of course we bought flip-flops and other things we probably didn’t need. Sigh.

Tomorrow it’s off to St. Louis, Missouri where we’ll be staying at Jellystone, the Six Flags Park. We’ll of course go to the theme park for a day too.
